INTERNAL COMMUNICATION – Unification of taxpayer services

Department of Taxpayer Service and Education – Headquarters, held today a regular monthly meeting with heads of taxpayer service from the regions, as well as tax advisors from regions and headquarters.

This meeting was held in cooperation with other departments of TAK in order to discuss the following topics:

1.Guidance on procedures for obtaining Tax Verification;

2.Plan for communication with taxpayers 2017;

3.Organization of the next seminar for taxpayers;

4.Standard of responses for taxpayers;

5.Presentations for primary/secondary school pupils;

Regulation of business status with letter “Z”;

Obtaining the Fiscal Number for businesses registered at KBRA, but not in TAK;

Draft Application for filing an application for VAT registration, through the EDI system.

Procedure for receiving and reviewing application for reimbursement/return of means from individuals holding the status of one of the war categories.


The purpose of the meeting was to unify taxpayer services, both at headquarters and at regional offices.
