The Kosovo Tax Administration during the past week, in cooperation with the Kosovo Women’s Network Association – has held a seminar on non-governmental organizations that are members of the Kosovo Women’s Network.
The topics that were presented / addressed in this seminar for NGOs were:
• Salary Tax and Pension Contributions
• Tax on Rent
• VAT and VAT reimbursement
• Reporting of Purchases over 500 Euros
• Corporation Tax – Annual CD Declaration
• Declaration through the Electronic System – EDI
This seminar aimed at informing NGOs more closely on pension contribution and personal income tax, tax on rent, VAT and VAT Refunding, reporting purchases over 500 €, corporate income tax, annual declaration with CD, declaration through EDI electronic system, as well in this occasion were shown practical examples for proper completing of these declarations.
During this seminar participants posed various questions regarding the topics presented as well as other questions regarding tax legislation. For all the questions raised by the participants were provided adequate response from the seminar’s presenter Sami Salihu – Senior Manager of Taxpayer Service and Education Department.
