The Director General of the Tax Administration of Kosovo, Mr. Mentor Hyseni, received today in a meeting the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Mirlind Bruçi, together with his support staff. The meeting was held in a spirit of professional cooperation, reflecting the commitment of both institutions to strengthen the partnership and develop joint initiatives in areas of mutual interest.
During the discussions, the parties reviewed the possibilities for advancing inter-institutional cooperation, especially in the field of capacity development in Information Technology, given that the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering prepares professional staff necessary for the modernization and digitalization of processes within TAK.
The parties also discussed other issues of strategic importance, related to the advancement of the quality of public services, strengthening transparency mechanisms and creating added value for citizens and taxpayers through mutual institutional cooperation. The discussions focused on identifying concrete areas where the academic and technical expertise of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering can contribute to the improvement of TAK’s operational processes, including cost analysis, development of technological solutions and building professional capacities.
The Tax Administration of Kosovo remains oriented towards creating collaborations that produce measurable results, especially in building technical and professional capacities that help modernize its internal processes. Through such partnerships, TAK aims to strengthen the analytical and technological base of the institution, increase efficiency in service provision and improve interaction with taxpayers in accordance with contemporary tax administration standards.
