Dear Taxpayers,
The Tax Administration of Kosovo, pursuant to the Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, Labor, Trade, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Investments (MEEPTIESI), dated 23 March 2020, notifies you that we are forwarding via e-mail the Certification of Free Movement form for businesses, registered under NACE codes listed in the abovementioned Ordinance.
The “Certification for Free Movement” form may be downloaded from the following link, which needs to be filled out with the required data of the company/entity and each employee for which it is requested free movement during the hours of restricted movement in the situation of public health emergency.
In addition, TAK has published in its website the official list of taxpayers who are included in this Ordinance:
