For the purpose of implementing Decision No. 01/07 and 01/09 of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the decision of the Minister of Finance and Transfers dated 19.03.2020 with regard to additional measures to be taken after confirmation of positive cases with Coronavirus – COVID 19, the Tax Administration of Kosovo, notifies that the deadline for declaring, reporting and paying tax liabilities and pension contributions is extended to 30.04.2020.
The deadline for submitting tax and contributions declarations, reports and payments is extended to 30.04.2020, for the following types of taxes/contributions and tax periods:
We would also like to inform you that the deadline is also extended to 30.04.2020 for the review and decision on claims related to Reimbursements.
Tax Administration encourages all taxpayers, having no financial difficulties, to continue fulfilling their tax obligations within the regular legal deadline.
