The Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) informs all natural (non-business and business) and legal persons that, based on Administrative Instruction (MoF) No. 01/2026 on the Use of Electronic Fiscal Devices, Fiscal Systems and Electronic Fiscal Software, as well as on the document Specific Technical and Functional Requirements for Fiscal Electronic Devices/Fiscal Systems/Electronic Fiscal Software, the application process for certification and maintenance of Electronic Fiscal Software (EFS) is open.
We hereby invite all natural (non-business and business) and legal persons fulfilling the conditions established by the TAK to apply to become Authorized Economic Operators for the sale, installation and maintenance of EFS.
The application criteria, the necessary documentation, and the procedures for certification and maintenance can be found on the official TAK website. We invite you to download the following document:
Applications may be submitted electronically through the electronic form “Application for EFS” on the TAK website or in person by submitting the request and internal documentation to the TAK Central Office Archive.
