Tax Administration of Kosovo, notifies you that according to Law no. 03/L-222 for Tax Administration and Procedures, taxpayers must register goods in stocks at the end of the calendar year. Such registration must be ready at the latest by 10th January 2023.
Each taxpayer, regardless of annual turnover, in addition to book keeping and records keeping as provided by law, are required to carry an inventory of goods in stocks at the end of the calendar year.
Such registration must be completed on or before January 10 of the following year and be available for inspection at the request of the Tax Administration of Kosovo.
Registration records of goods include the following indicators:

Tax Administration of Kosovo, reminds all taxpayers who do not respect the deadline to register goods in stock, they will be subject to the penalties prescribed by the Kosovo Tax Legislation.
