Dear Taxpayers,
Based on the Tax Legislation, namely Article 28 of Administrative Instruction MF-No. 02/2017 for Transfer Pricing, the deadline for the submission of the “Notice of annual controlled transactions” form for the year 2024 is until 31 March 2025.
Taxpayers involved in controlled transactions between related persons, who are subjects of different tax jurisdictions, who within the reporting period in total exceed the amount of three hundred thousand euros (€300,000), are obliged to submit to TAK the form ” Notice of controlled annual transactions”.
The form “Notice of annual controlled transactions” must be submitted in physical form to:
Central Office of Tax Administration of Kosovo / Department for Transfer Pricing and Digital Economy.
