The Tax Administration of Kosovo informs taxpayers that it has made some supplementations/amendments to the document “Specific Technical and Functional Requirements for Fiscal Electronic Devices”. The amendments in question were made in the Article “Requirements for the Tax Terminal (TT) – Data transmission” and the Article “Fiscal system for specific sectors – TAXI”.
TAK re-notifies all taxpayers that based on Administrative Instruction MoF-No. 02/2018 on the Use of Fiscal Electronic Equipment and Systems and in support of the document Specific Technical and Functional Requirements for Fiscal Electronic Devices / Fiscal Systems, Supplementation / Amendment of Specific Technical and Functional Requirements for Fiscal Electronic Devices / Fiscal Systems you can become an authorized Operator for the supply, installation and maintenance of Fiscal Electronic Devices/Fiscal Systems (FED / FS).
Therefore, through this announcement, all interested companies are invited to apply to become an authorized Operator of FED / FS, for one or more specific models, at any time according to the criteria published by TAK, for Authorization as an Economic Operator with the right to sell, install and maintain FED / FS.

You can also apply through the TAK system, but the application together with other original documents must be submitted physically to the Archive office at TAK.
