The Tax Administration of Kosovo reminds all taxpayers that, according to Law No. 03/L-222 on Tax Administration and Procedures, documentation of the origin of the goods is required.
TAK activities will continuously be focused on taxpayers who possess goods without origin.
Each taxpayer must provide supporting documentation, which justifies the origin of the goods both at the location, or locations of the taxpayer, as well as for goods in circulation outside the location of the taxpayer.
Also, each taxpayer must document all goods from the time of receipt (whether through import, purchase, exchange or other means), until they are sold or otherwise systematized, including sales documentation or other systematization.
TAK encourages all taxpayers to respond correctly to tax liabilities, otherwise TAK will be forced to take punitive measures, according to tax legislation.
By fulfilling your tax obligations, you will contribute directly to the financing of government programs such as: the provision of public services, education with high standards, health and social welfare, legal protection and security, as well as general infrastructure for a better economic and social welfare.
