The Tax Administration of Kosovo, in cooperation with the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Kosovo, has organized a dedicated training for young notaries, with the aim of increasing their knowledge on tax obligations and the role of notaries in fulfilling them.
The topic of the training was: Kosovo Tax Legislation.
The training, which took place on 22 February 2025, included key topics related to tax legislation, the process of tax declaration and payment, as well as the legal responsibilities of notaries in relation to TAK. This training focused on the criteria for fulfilling tax obligations, such as: Registration, Documentation, Declaration and Payment.
The lecturer of this training was Mr. Sami Salihu, Acting Deputy Director General of TAK, who at the opening of the training emphasized the importance of close cooperation between notaries and the Kosovo Tax Administration, emphasizing that a fair and professional approach to tax obligations helps strengthen the fiscal system and increase transparency.
During the interactive session, participants had the opportunity to discuss practical cases and receive direct answers from the Deputy Director General of TAK regarding tax issues that affect their professional activity, as well as answers to other questions regarding Tax Legislation.
