The Kosovo Tax Administration has managed to collect a total of 713.3 million euros in revenue in the period January-August 2025, exceeding the revenues of the same period in 2024 by 71.2 million euros.
This result demonstrates a stable trend of increasing tax revenues, which reflects not only the commitment of TAK to implementing the law and strengthening tax administration, but also the increasingly high awareness of taxpayers about fulfilling their obligations.
The increase in revenues is of particular importance for the country’s fiscal stability, because it guarantees more funds for public investments, economic development and meeting the needs of citizens. This is evidence that the partnership built between TAK and taxpayers is yielding tangible and long-term results.
In this context, TAK recalls that its goal is not to punish taxpayers, but to educate and raise their awareness, in order for tax obligations to be treated as a natural civic and business responsibility. Therefore, the institution will continue to invest in training, information campaigns and digital services that facilitate the process of taxpayers fulfilling their obligations.
