Today, the Tax Administration of Kosovo organized the next seminar in Prishtina, as part of the information cycle on the Annual Tax Declaration and Financial Statement reporting, which are taking place in several regions of the country.
The seminar was opened by the Director of TAK, Mentor Hyseni, who emphasized the importance of information, transparency and continuous cooperation between the Tax Administration, businesses and citizens.
During the seminar:
- Concrete instructions were provided for the declaration and payment of Personal Income Tax and Corporate Income Tax.
- Legal obligations for financial reporting according to the legislation in force were explained.
- Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive direct answers from TAK representatives.
The Director for Taxpayer Registration and Service, Zana Bucaliu, provided detailed information on procedures and deadlines, while certified accountant and auditor Elvira Ibrahimi Hoti emphasized the key role of financial professionals in increasing fiscal transparency.
Moreover, the presentation on the preparation and presentation of financial statements was made by the representative of the KCRF, Diellza Xhema, who emphasized the importance of having an accurate reporting and also in accordance with the applicable legal standards.

The deadline for annual tax declaration is 31 March 2026. Timely fulfillment of obligations avoids penalties and guarantees accuracy in financial reporting.
