The Tax Administration of Kosovo reminds you that through the EDI Electronic System the declaration of Financial Statements is made, as required by the Tax Legislation and the Law on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Auditing.
Obligatory to declare the Financial Statements are all taxpayers, as they are categorized by the Law on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Auditing.
The Financial Statements, for TAK purposes, will be declared in the period and deadline when the Annual Declaration for Personal/Corporate Income Tax is also submitted, that is, from January 1 to March 31 of the following year for the previous year.
Regarding the completion of the Financial Statements, you have the opportunity to refer to the guide published in the EDI Electronic System, namely in the menu “Help”.
