Tax Administration of Kosovo appreciates the contribution of each taxpayer who voluntarily complies with tax obligations, but there are cases where some taxpayers and individuals use illegal methods to avoid taxation, for which we take the necessary legal measures. Tax avoidance (evasion) prevents us from fair competition and equal treatment of taxpayers.
Your phone call will be toll-free, regardless of whether you call by a landline or mobile phone at the number: 0800 80 800. From Monday to Friday (8:00 – 16:00) officials from the Call Center will answer your calls, after 16:00 and on weekends you can leave a message on this phone number, by presenting your concern or complaint.

The employee reporting (declaration) application for employers is a special tool, and may be found HERE, through which you can verify whether you have been declared by your employer. In case you do not appear in the lists of declared employees, you have the opportunity to report the employer.
